Are you a yoga lover who also likes to sing, play or write songs? Could your yoga practice do with a boost or an upgrade? 

Maybe you haven’t had much time or opportunities to be creative recently, or you’re feeling unsure about your creative talents…

Many of us face a common challenge: our motivation for the things we’re passionate about can be damped by life’s demands, or swallowed by a busy schedule. If you’ve been feeling stuck or stressed, spring is a great time to make room for the new.

This retreat will give a huge boost to your physical and emotional health, while helping you revive your creative self-expression.

You will study various types of yoga, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and restorative. You’ll be taking home an empowering and life-affirming practice, including simple yet effective routines you can implement and sustain in your every day life.

Music-wise, you’ll enjoy creative activities in a small group (10 people max) and will receive personalised feedback and attention. Individual coaching sessions will help you to further develop your unique skills and creative goals.

Developing an enhanced practice will enable you to maintain a vibrant energy and mindset any artistic practice can thrive from. While exploring your unique gifts with like-minded people, motivation and inspiration will grow. Your intuition will be more attuned. 

By helping us to reach new levels of consciousness, yoga widens doors of perception that can enhance artistic flow and creation. I’ll show you how to link practice with intention. Being India will certainly help to sharpen your senses and find renewed inspiration. Except twist and turns!

A more beautiful world

Nurturing your body and mind through daily practice will nourish your spirit. It will give you the ‘fuel’ to unleash and nurture your talents. You’ll be introduced to spiritual practices that will help you bring your voice alive and reaffirm your commitment to your aspirations.

You’ll develop skills to write and craft new songs, or revisit old ones. If you’re into singing yet don’t see yourself as a singer, Alo can help you develop your own style, regardless of technical abilities. You’ll be given tips to reach out to people’s hearts and connect with them if you wish to perform live.

You don’t need to play any musical instrument, but if you have one and want to use it for exploration, definitely bring it along. Again, no technical skills required. You’ll receive feedback and suggestions to mix your chords or melodies and create your own inspiring tracks. 

Limiting beliefs about your creative abilities -or lack of – are likely to dissolve. They’ll make room for self-empowerment and greater confidence, allowing you to step into the power of your naturally creative nature.

        Daily timetable
  • 08:30 – 10:00 Morning yoga (active and dynamic)
  • 11:00 – 12:30 Music workshops – and/or individual coaching sessions
  • 17:15 – 18:45 Afternoon yoga (paced and restorative)

NOTE: this retreat can be facilitated privately, online or on location (at different dates). Alo will be your personal coach for an entire week.

  • Airfare or other transport from and to the location
  • Transportation for getting around during your stay
  • Yoga mats – We do not provide mats to reduce the risk of contamination
  • Anything else you may need for the classes, like comfortable clothing, a reusable water bottle, shawls, socks, a notebook and pen…
  • Toiletries, but towels are provided.

Things to do with extra payment

Specific Ayurveda and Spa treatments are available on location and can be arranged on demand. The Eisra Wellness resort offers quality treatments and packages for all kinds of needs, at affordable price.

It is led by a highly qualified and experienced doctor who will be able to advise you during your free consultation and possibly suggest a personally tailored treatment for you, which can be received in the comfort of the accommodation.

  • North Goa is known to have unique varieties of animal and plants species; Kerim is one of the best beaches
