I support Health and Social Care staff’s practice, learning and development. I design and deliver training courses that improve the competence and awareness of the worforce, or their wellbeing.

I worked in higher-education for 12 years, teaching all kinds of skills to under and post-graduate students in Adult and Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Health, Psychology and Adult Social Care.

As a consultant working with the NHS and Local Authorities, I have a sound understanding of the challenges faced by statutory services. I help staff improving positive outcomes for the public they serve.

I offer face-to-face and online training courses that are informative, interactive and enjoyable. Topics are tailored to the learners’ specific needs, whether to support patients/clients or staff.
