Tradition & modern knowledge
Alo completed a 500-hour TTC with Omprakash Gaur in India. Om's been teaching Iyengar and Hatha yoga for 20 years. He's the founder of Aum Yoga, a school in Goa where students come from all over the world to deepen their knowledge of the authentic principles of yoga. Om makes the connection between neuromuscular activity and energy centres, or chakras. Similarly, Alo's methods bring together neurobiology and plasticity, with traditional yoga.
